Message	...remove the cats and you might be a tad higher. also check for boost leaks (probably dont have any since you just had your motor rebuilt and they checked all of that when they put it back in...) ...you might get 390-400 if you run 18-19psi..100oct..and serious timing like ash. your numbers are about right and nothing to be ashamed of. they will be more than 95% of the things on the road. more than plenty for the road course.
